Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person.

Keep your sign-in details safe and your profile truthful. You're responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
• post sexual, violent, hateful, illegal or misleading content;
• impersonate others or create fake profiles;
• spam, advertise or solicit money;
• try to find another member's exact location or misuse their data;
• interfere with or reverse-engineer the service.

You can report or block anyone from their profile, post, tribe or challenge. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

TRIBE helps you find people to train with, but we don't run background checks. Meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and read our safety tips. You are responsible for your interactions with other members.

TRIBE is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training programme and train within your limits.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to host and show it inside TRIBE so the service works. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Premium is an optional subscription sold on the web through Paddle, our merchant of record. It renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Premium page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Paddle's buyer terms apply to payments. Refunds follow the law where you live.

Match scores and AI tribe suggestions are recommendations only and may be wrong. Use your own judgement.

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other members. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
